Diesel
Emission Claims
This is a Claims campaign which you will be targeting Diesel vehicle owners assisting them to get compensation due to cheat devices installed in their vehicles to pass regulatory emission checks. We are currently deal with BMW, Merc and Vauxhall and will soon be doing Renault. All you have to do is identify these owners get authorisation from the customer and submit to the solicitors for acceptance.
Pay-out for this will be £5 for every accepted case paid weekly, one week in arrears.
What is diesel claim about?
If the car or van had to be fixed to comply with emissions standards, the fix itself may have led to worse fuel efficiency or worse performance – potentially lowering its value or creating added costs, for which you may be able to claim damages.
