Job Summary: Wolfrax Security Solutions is seeking competent and vigilant individuals to join our esteemed team as Security Guards in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The Security Guard will play a pivotal role in maintaining the security and safety of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in safeguarding our clients' interests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized access or activities.
2. Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to identify and respond promptly to security breaches.
3. Conduct thorough checks of individuals, vehicles, and belongings entering and exiting the premises.
4. Enforce access control procedures to ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
5. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate action as per company protocols.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
7. Prepare detailed incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and any relevant information.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns and maintain a safe environment.
9. Maintain a high level of visibility and vigilance to deter criminal activity and ensure the security of the premises.
10. Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulations governing security operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security-related role.
2. Sound knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and equipment.
3. Proficient in operating surveillance systems, alarms, and other security devices.
4. Excellent observation and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift heavy objects.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is desirable.
8. Valid Security Guard license issued by the respective state authority.
9. Familiarity with local laws and regulations governing security operations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
10. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior military, law enforcement, or security industry experience.
2. First Aid/CPR certification.
3. Additional training or certifications in security-related fields.
