Job Summary: Wolfrax Bouncer Services is seeking experienced and reliable individuals to join our team as Bouncers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The Bouncer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff at various venues, including bars, clubs, and events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as physical strength and the ability to handle potentially volatile situations calmly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Control access to venues by checking IDs and tickets and verifying guests' credentials.
2. Maintain order and enforce venue policies to ensure the safety and security of patrons and staff.
3. Monitor crowd behavior and intervene to prevent disturbances or altercations.
4. Escort unruly individuals off the premises in a calm and professional manner.
5. Respond promptly to incidents, including fights, medical emergencies, and other disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
6. Provide assistance and support to venue staff as needed.
7. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks.
8. Collaborate with law enforcement authorities and emergency responders as required.
9. Remain alert and vigilant at all times, anticipating and proactively addressing potential security threats.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Wolfrax Bouncer Services.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Bouncer, security guard, or in a related field is required.
2. Excellent physical fitness and strength, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patrons and colleagues.
4. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
5. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and to defuse potentially volatile situations.
6. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing security operations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
7. Valid Bouncer license or certification preferred.
8. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
