Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

We seek a vibrant, dedicated individual passionate about business development and sales, specifically within our videos and animation division. As the face of our organization, you'll drive business growth and serve as a key liaison with clients. Wolfrax Studios Video Editing, Motion Graphics Animation Services that offers Creative Motion Graphic Designs to Companies and Nonprofit Organizations. We are specialists in creative content for all platforms that generate results. Our video editing service can assist you in bringing your films to life. We have done remote work for Youtubers with a wide variety of content like Game Plays, Sketch's, Montages, Playthroughs, Vlogs, Interviews, Podcasts, Commercials, Ads, YouTube Videos, Master classes, & Music Videos also consulted for Cinematographic Projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop compelling business proposals and negotiate favorable terms with clients.
  • Attend networking events to expand our client base and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Act on client feedback to continuously enhance our offerings and service quality.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Should be able to use own tools to generate leads from social media.
  • Good communication with excellent marketing skill required for this role.
  • This job is completely based on per lead commission. Which means no leads no pay.
  • All Leads should be converted we should get paid by the customer to pay agent/executive.
  • Lead Generation: Must be able to generate leads on below list.
  • We will release offer letter on the 1st lead conversion, We will give email confirmation on the same.
  • Should have good knowledge in generating leads from social media from his own tools.
  • Business Development Executive should be able to set his own targets.
  • Business Development Executive should not ask for salary for zero leads.
  • Leads can be generated anywhere from the world targeting Countries like India, USA, Canada, Australia, UK, ETC.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Persuasive negotiation skills and adept at building relationships.
  • Strong time management and professionalism, with a focus on customer needs.
  • Experience in sales and prospecting, with proficiency in English.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills.
