Position: Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong financial background, expertise in risk and regulatory matters, and proficiency in Microsoft Project. In this role, you will take on the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations of our engagement, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Must have: Financial background, Risk and Regulatory, Matters Required Attention (MRA), Microsoft projects.
Provide essential PMO support to our centralized team and project oversight.
Facilitate and lead meetings, driving progress on action items.
Prepare and deliver PMO deliverables.
Create and manage project plans using Microsoft Project, overseeing all tasks and holding stakeholders accountable.
Monitor project dependencies and proactively escalate risks and issues as necessary.
Develop status reports and presentation materials as required.
Ensure that project requirements and deliverable dates are communicated clearly to the management team.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to identify solutions and resolve issues.
Cultivate an environment that adapts quickly to creative change.
Effectively balance client needs with internal team priorities.
Manage project resources to maintain project schedules.
Anticipate potential project issues and provide proactive, critical thinking-based solutions.
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience within the financial services industry.
Preferred background in management consulting.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engagements.
Highly skilled in collaborating with project stakeholders and business partners to deliver high-quality projects.
Proficient in project documentation and well-versed in industry best practices.
Expertise in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel is a MUST.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
