What you will do:
As an Associate Recruiter/Sales Trainee on the Search & Staffing team, you will be given the opportunity to stretch yourself professionally and develop the skills to be a successful recruitment professional. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Recruitment and Relationship Building
Post recruitment advertising that utilizes creative marketing techniques to attract top talent and monitor success of postings based on volume and quality of candidates
Source active and passive candidates through cold calling, networking, online databases, employee referrals, and other creative methods
Review resumes of potential candidates and interview them for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge
Build a virtual bench of talent with skill sets and experience necessary to assist clients in times of work overload
Perform reference checks and background checks for clients
Learn and grow from on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs
Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with client

Successful candidates will have:

A Bachelor’s degree in a business or communications related field is required
For recent graduates, a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
Anywhere from 0 to 3 years of experience preferably in accounting, finance, sales, client services, or recruiting
Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work
The ability to multi-task and manage a robust pipeline with efficiency, organization, and continuous attention to detail
A high level of creativity and problem solving abilities

Hiring Junior PHP Developer - Work from home


Job Description

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
